What tools are used?
Any combination of work styles and preferences questionnaires, competency-based assessments, or digital interviews.
Will I be able to see my ratings on the assessments?
No. Your ratings on each component of the assessment will be kept in strict confidentiality with our hiring team. But you will get your own detailed candidate feedback report, after you finished the assessment. It will provide you with an overview of your own strengths and behavioral tendencies, which can be useful for your own personal development.
Who has to take the tools or assessments?
We ask candidates to take a specific combination of assessment tools depending on the functional area and level of the position they are applying for.
What happens if I don’t want to take the assessments?
Individuals who would like to be considered for employment at our company must complete the assessment process. Those who do not finish the assessment, in its entirety, will not be able to move forward in the hiring process.

We recommend that you dress exactly as you would if you were meeting for a traditional face-to-face interview with us.
What if I lose the connection during the interview?
Don’t panic. Simply close your web browser, reopen it, access your invitation and re-launch your interview. You will be returned to your last unanswered question.
A candidate has applied for multiple jobs. Does the candidate have to do the VAC more than once?
Depending on the positions different components of the Virtual Assessment Center are chosen. The candidate does not need to go through the same Virtual Assessment twice, but he/she may need to take an extra component for another job.
