Health & Wellness

  • Medical: Choices of medical plan to fit your needs that include two PPO and one high deductible health plan with competitive premiums are offered. All medical plans include prescription coverage with comprehensive access to a wide variety of medications. All oncology, Multiple Sclerosis drugs and fertility drugs manufactured by the company are available at no cost to covered participants under the PPO plan and at no cost to covered participants in the high deductible health plan after you meet your deductible.
  • Virtual Primary Care: All medical plans provide you and any covered dependents access to Well Connection, a convenient telehealth service. Additionally, Firefly Health and Carbon Health offer virtual primary care, urgent care and mental health care with FREE visits when you have coverage under the medical plans (deductible will apply to high deductible health plan first).
  • Dental and Vision: Two dental plan choices both include orthodontia coverage (for adults and children) along with full vision coverage available.
  • Wellness Program: We have a wellness incentive program which provides an annual cash benefit and access to a full library of classes, webinars, and other wellness activities.
  • Fitness and Weight Loss Reimbursement: You can earn money for keeping healthy habits if you are enrolled in one of the three medical plan options.

  • Savings and Investment plan: Our 401(k) Plan provides a generous company-matching contribution and an additional discretionary contribution each year.  
  • Life and Accident Insurance: The company automatically provides basic life insurance    at no cost. Employees have the option to purchase additional life insurance for themselves plus coverage for dependents including  spouse, domestic partner, and children.
  • Tax Advantaged Accounts: We offer different types of tax advantaged savings accounts to help pay for commuting costs, eligible healthcare and dependent expenses, and in some cases save money as well with a Health Savings Account (HSA) which include company contributions.  
  • Disability Coverage: The company provides short-term disability due to illness or injury up to certain periods of time. Beyond that, long-term disability may be available, and employees are automatically enrolled and may choose to buy-up for higher coverage.
