As Global Compliance Officer Head Healthcare my main responsibility is to lead and manage the Compliance Healthcare team in the implementation of our Compliance Program globally and support our business colleagues in providing value-added advice in compliance and ethical matters within the different therapeutic areas. In our company, we are constantly evolving to accompany innovation and new business models through continuous improvements embracing the compliance aspects as well as ethical dilemmas.

You would be joining a team with more than 60 professionals who are passionate about bringing business ethics to the next level. To achieve this, the HC Compliance team rely on very experienced colleagues based all around the globe. They bring a wide range of backgrounds, skills and areas of expertise into all our projects and daily work. As a truly global team, collaboration is a must for us.
