As a Data Privacy Project Manager, I am part of the new Data Privacy Center of Expertise, which is being created within the framework of a global transformation project. I find my role particularly rewarding, as it involves the classic tasks of a complex project on the one hand and on the other hand I contribute to the design and implementation of the Center of Expertise and thus my own future role. This challenging responsibility with a global approach gives me the greatest pleasure.

I am very pleased to be able to make use of my data privacy knowledge I have previously gained from my professional experience and develop it further together with the vibrant science and technology company. What motivates me the most is to keep working with multiple partners in an international environment to achieve common goals on a daily basis. I am surrounded with people with a variety of backgrounds and diverse cultures, this results in new ways of thinking and approaching matters, as we can learn from each other not only professionally in data privacy, but also personally.

As a resident of Darmstadt, the city of our Headquarters, it has always been my desire to work for this leading science and technology company. I have always been attracted by the advantages of working for a family owned company with its caring and inspiring corporate culture. In particular I appreciate the corporate sustainability strategy with its long-term perspective based on a history over 350 years and the exceptional collaborative company spirit, especially when it comes to driving forward initiatives. I am happy to be able to contribute to the overall success of our company.
