Global Graduate Program - Darmstadt Office

Which projects are you working on?

During the past seven months with IC, I have had the chance to work on captivating projects encompassing various subjects, including CapEx Management, eCommerce Strategy, Pricing, Supply Chain Management, and Growth Strategy. These projects have not only allowed me to deepen my expertise in these specific areas but have also afforded me invaluable insights into the multifaceted business operations across the Healthcare, Lifescience, and Electronics sector.

What is your role in these projects?

As a graduate, you are an equal and valued member of the project team, working alongside consultants and clients. You have the opportunity to take on responsibilities and engage directly with clients and stakeholders, while still benefiting from the guidance and support of experienced consultants. This collaborative environment allows you to learn from your peers, contribute effectively to the project, and build strong relationships with clients.

Why did you choose the global graduate program?

I was drawn to this program to learn, discover my passion, and gain hands-on consulting and business experience across different functions and sectors. It provides a platform to build a network within within the organization and offers flexibility to explore various areas, helping me find the best fit for my future career aspirations.

What is your background?

I have a business background, having completed both my Master's and Bachelor's degrees at the University of Mannheim. Throughout my studies, I gained valuable experience in startups (digital health), consulting, and industry.

How do you spend your time outside of work?

Outside of work I enjoy going for a run or a long bike ride in the Odenwald. I also like to spend time with family, friends and my fellow GGPs.

ANY advice for applicants?

In my opinion a genuine interest in learning and development and being a true team player are crucial for this program. One piece of advice: always be open and curious!
