Which projects are you working on?
I am currently engaged in two projects. Firstly, I'm spearheading the development of a digital strategy aligned with the "around the pill" concept, aimed at elevating our brand and driving differentiation within the fertility franchise in the US. My key stakeholders include team members from the US Fertility division as well as the Global Fertility new product planning. Secondly, I am closely collaborating with the Latin American operations and market access heads to conduct an in-depth analysis of pricing discrepancies, identify their root causes, assess future prospects, and derive valuable insights for our portfolio.
What is your role in these projects?
I regularly meet with stakeholders to discuss insights and drive decisions to move the needle on business objectives for the fertility franchise in a country setting; and keep a close pulse on our healthcare business strength in LATAM.
What do you like most about your job?
What I enjoy most about my job is the freedom to select projects that align with my interests, engage in collaborative problem-solving within a supportive team environment, and have the privilege of learning from intelligent individuals with varied experiences, backgrounds, and areas of expertise.
What did you do before you joined Inhouse Consulting?
I have a PhD in Biochemistry and worked as a research scientist at an academic institution and at a big pharma company. After a couple of years at the bench, I pivoted to a consulting role at ZS working on oncology and rare disease commercial consulting projects for 3 years before joining Inhouse Consulting.
How do you spend your time outside of work?
Reading and spending time outdoors.
Any advice to applicants?
We look for people who are proactive, constantly curious, and comfortable driving decisions in an ambiguous environment. For the (sr.) manager role, I would recommend to demonstrate experience in sourcing, scoping and leading projects/teams in addition to preparing for standard consulting case and fit questions.
