Your Role: The Group Sourcing Manager - Marketing and Sales is accountable for developing, managing and executing the sourcing strategy for Marketing & Sales procurement categories (such as marketing agencies, business intelligence, media, etc) delivering substantial value to our Consumer Health business, as well as to global strategic initiatives. In order to deliver best total value in terms of quality, cost and innovation, you will drive cross functional alignment and use strategic sourcing best practices. You are reporting to the Head of Global Sourcing Marketing & Sales - based in the Global Headquarters -Germany- and work closely with Procurement and Marketing teams across the globe.
Who you are:
- You have at least 6 years of relevant work experience preferably in OTC, FMCG or advertising industry
- You have the ability to convince senior leadership on business case value proposition and sourcing recommendations
- You bring superior negotiation skills
- You have a very good understanding of todays challenges in marketing and in particular for digital channels
