Your role: We are seeking an Outside Sales Rep/Account Manager for our northeast U.S./eastern Canada region. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales history, live within the territory, be willing to travel up to 50%, and have experience in food safety or industrial diagnostics. You will aggressively prospect for new business and also support established customer relationships within your territory. You will use consultative selling skills to identify customer needs, differentiate and position BioControl product solutions, overcome and manage objections, and negotiate to close sales.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (sciences) OR a combination of education and directly related experience.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B to B sales within a competitive sales environment involving lead generation, direct selling, and account management.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook, use of a CRM tool, and solution-based selling system.
Travel up to 50%
