MBS Procurement Process Optimization Manager
The position holder is responsible for global Purchasing End-to-End process optimization to improve business outcome. He/she is an expert and knowledge holder & distributor of global process templates of ERP on premise and cloud solutions. Core task is to analyze local processes and system set-ups, roles & responsibilities and KPIs, match this against global standards and best practices and proactively initiate successfully implement change local particularizes to optimum or close to global standards if not fully achievable. It is also part of the responsible to align implementations and changes in close alignment with respective Stakeholder and MBS PO Transition & Strategy Management on request, and to ensure process documentation in line with Merck standards together with support team.
- Bachelor’s degree in business studies or related field; Master’s degree preferred and 3+ years of process management and/or project management experience
- Knowledge and experience with related processes
- Knowledge in SAP MM Module
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work in an international team
- Enjoying to pro-actively drive improvements and best-practice solutions
