The Executive Medical Director, Global Clinical Development, Oncology will define and execute the clinical development strategy of the DNA Damage Repair Inhibitor compound portfolio. This includes combination trials with radiation therapy / radionuclides, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy (2 or more modalities) for a broad spectrum of indications. You will lead clinical project leaders, define clinical program needs and hire, develop, mentor and retain highly qualified talents.
Who you are:
- MD or joint MD/PhD
- 10+ years of clinical or development experience in oncology, including a deep understanding of all development Phases and regulatory submissions (e.g., NDA; FDA fast-track designation)
- Excellence in development strategy and operational implementation, highly skilled in problem solving, track record of meeting milestone deliveries.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills of project teams, clinical teams and direct report
- Ability to travel both domestically and internally as needed.
