JOB TITLE: GLOBAL KEY ACCOUNT SENIOR SALES SPECIALIST

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for the direct sale of the company’s products or services to expand market share. Maintain and enlarge the business of assigned accounts. Develop the new products application and market share in assigned accounts with team together.
  2. Develop and dig for the new projects in assigned accounts.
  3. Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers.
  4. Manage activities of the team to ensure they provide a high level of customer support.
  5. Develop and maintain a broad and deep network at all levels. With prospective customers and maintain relationships with existing ones.
  6. Develop necessary customer knowledge to assess their needs and deliver the appropriate products, services and solutions. 
  7. Develop strong internal relationships and coordinate these internal resources to address customer needs.
  8. Work together with other teams to prioritize and manage large complex projects on a global team.
  9. Have the conference call with global strategic account team every month and arrange the high level visit very year.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor Degree or above, Bioengineering、Biochemistry or Pharmaceutical Engineering background is preferred.

  1. Prefer to have related working experience of 5+years.
  2. Strong interpersonal skills with good communication.
  3. Can be customer-focused, have high sense of responsibility
  4. Good command of English, both written and oral.
  5. Agile, adaptable, intellectually curious and inquiring.
  6. Good execution, integrity and teamwork are definitely required.
  7. Passion and self motivated.
  8. Willing to travel frequently
