l Customer service and commercial operation related data analysis, promote KPI tracking mechanism and dashboard report out with variety of data source (SAP, CRM, Avaya, BIâ¦â¦.)
l Understand business strategies and needs, drive OTC business process and all aspects of Customer Excellence project and SOP operational excellence;
l Collaborate with diversity functions to promote order management transparency and efficiency by business Intelligence such as data ware house, data visualization;
l Take lead of team internal/external audit and continuous improvements;
l Responsible to provide ad-hoc data analysis to support management team.
l Bachelor degree in Computer Scienceï¼Mathematics, Statistics etc., solid knowledge in customer service, supply chain, and sales operational related;
l SAP super user at least;
l Strong interpersonal, communication/negotiation skills are essential;
l Passion and self-motivated
l Good execution, integrity and teamwork are definitely required
l Fluent in English in oral and good presentation skill
