Supply of materials for Production schedule in a timely manner
Stock counting using a computerized system
Comply to all cGMP, Quality and E,H&S requirements
Perform routine housekeeping to maintain area as audit ready at all times
Perform routine data housekeeping
Provide other departments with warehouse related information
Participate in audit process as required
Investigate, resolve and report stock discrepancies as they arise
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
Who you are:
Essential: Clean, current driving licence. Counterbalance and reach forklift licences.
Desirable: A recognised warehouse qualification. Turret truck licence.
Previous experience of working in a warehouse environment that operates strict quality and EH&S systems
Critical: Good communication, literacy and numerical skills. Computer literacy.
Essential: Display flexibility and a co-operative team approach. Experience of a computerised stock control system.
Desirable: Working knowledge of SAP
Manual handling tasks.
