Your role: Responsible for promotional activities for our Fertility portfolio. Responsibilities covering brand plan development and implementation, target customer identification and segmentation, development of detailing materials and promotional programs (run with regional and global team), field communications and media. Utilizes market analytics to be proactive in the healthcare market and measure program effectiveness. Communicates strategic and tactical plans to the key stakeholders as appropriate. Seeks actively close contact with sales and medical functions to sense business conditions and trends. Partners with cross-functional team members to ensure key deliverables and business objectives are met. Participates in international meetings and events. Organisation of national customer meetings, symposia, congresses. Develops customer relations through field co-travels with Key Account Managers and organised activities. Support with budgeting process.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Science (Master's, MBA preferred)
- Fluent in English & Dutch
- 3+ years experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Product management experience is an asset
- Strong written and oral communication skills as well as good presentation skills
