Job Title: Inside sales-AA, Industrial&testing

Your role:

The main responsibilities for this position are to manage, develop and grow our analytical standards business within named accounts through proactive contact, through day-to-day activities to increase coverage of small accounts and grow business to achieve financial target in an office-based environment. A key aspect of this role will be to seek out new business opportunities within the territory and to work closely with Account Managers and support teams to ensure financial targets are realized. A strong customer focus is critical to ensure that the customer’s needs are both understood and managed in a proactive and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of basic scientific procedures, testing methods, and equipment coupled with the ability to listen, identify customer needs, and provide product solutions.

Candidate should possess effective sales techniques, business acumen, and presentation skills to successfully close sales of analytical standards through multiple sales channels.


Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for achieving assigned sales goals

  • Develop account plans and coordinate activities with appropriate internal stakeholders

  • Analyze accounts and territory and identifies opportunities to accelerate revenue growth

  • Engage with customers to build and maintain relationships

  • Manage the end to end sales process for assigned products

  • Resolve customer issues

  • Responsible for mapping key contacts and decision makers to prioritize selling activity

  • Maintain an in depth understanding of the competitive landscape within assigned territory

  • Maintain technical product and scientific knowledge

  • Maintain a cadence of account management activities

  • Input customer information and opportunities into the CRM system

  • Develop and maintain a short and long-term opportunity pipeline


    Who are you:

    Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of related sales experience

  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal skills

  • Understanding of analytical testing techniques including chromatography and/or mass-spectrometry

  • Strong organization and time management skills

  • Highly goal-oriented and self-motivated

  • Ability to work in a team environment and partner with other Sales employees

  • Strong business ethics
