The Future Leaders Program (FLP) provides a unique opportunity for highly talented and motivated individuals to gain valuable experience and training in the multifaceted disciplines of our Life Science Business located in Asia.
During the program, members will experience rotational assignments, while receiving exposure to the company's core businesses, processes, technologies and leaders. The rotations will take place in commercial areas of Research and Applied Solutions, Process Solutions and shorter terms in the Operations space.
*Assignment Selection is based on career interests, areas of development and business needs with feedback from Program Manager, Program Stakeholders, FLP Managers and Mentors.
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Chemical or Bio-Technologies related fields. Masters Preferred
- Expected to graduate in Spring of 2018
- GPA of 3.5 or greater
- Minimum of 1 internship.
- Excellent command of the English language plus fluency in either Chinese or Hindi.
- Must be flexible with Mobility during and after the program.
