Your role: An exciting opportunity to join the Bioprocessing Center project team and make a major contribution towards the creation of a flagship science and technology innovation hub that bridges research and manufacturing transforming our development capabilities into a leading, high performance, end-to-end development center of excellence to enhance our growing pipeline. Please be regarded that this position is a temporary Randstad contract.

The Project Controls Lead will implement workflows and processes following the Project Execution Plan to monitor cost against budget and measure physical progress against master schedule. The information collected and analysed in Project Controls allows forecasting the project into the future and gives the Project Management a clear picture with quantitative measures on the status and progress of the overall BPC project.

Your profile:

  • Engineering degree with Financial or Accounting qualification; or Financial or Accounting degree with Engineering Qualification & strong project management experiance
  • Languages: English must, French strongly recommended, German beneficial
  • Software Systems: MS Project, MS Office, Lotus Notes or similar email programs, SAP or similar ERP systems, project control software e.g. Primavera Suite are must
  • Project Management, especially cost and schedule control in large investment and / or engineering projects
  • Project Controls Manager
  • Experience leading small (project) teams
  • Competent in controlling and accounting (capital investment relevant)
  • Planning of resources, scheduling of tasks, reporting and progress measurement tools
  • Using and implementing software tools for project control
  • Result oriented, excellent communication and teamworking skills,
  • Able to take initiative, motivate teams and drive action (without disciplinary power)
