Product Manager Basic Functions:

The Product Manager is responsible for marketing/branding strategies and activities of the product. He/She will develop the marketing strategy and annual plan for the product. He/She will also be responsible for managing promotional plans, etc. Monitor and report on the product status in the market to assist marketing manager to make the marketing decisions. Key IVF centers / KOL development and management with sales teams to explore customer insights and diagnosis opportunities to enhance partnership to gain additional market intelligence

Primary accountabilities functions:

1: Set up the sales and marketing objectives for the product under his/her responsibility. Develop and execute product strategies and tactic plan.

2: Organize and implement all promotional activities. Design and produce the internal and external promotion materials and tools.

3: Conduct the product training to the sales force, support the product knowledge development.

4: Manage the marketing expenses budget to ensure the expenses effectively

5: support sales team on key KOLs/centers diagnosis to define opportunities for branding and enhance the partner relationship. 

6: Manage the monthly rolling forecast and supply chain for his/her product line to ensure accurate forecasting of inventory.

7: Monitor and report the product status in the market, collect competitor’s dynamic and promotional situation and initiate internal and external campaign to keep leading position and the competitive environment effectively. 

8: Organize relevant market research. 

Qualification and experience:

Education:

Bachelor degree above in medicine or pharmacy area, genecology/IVF therapeutic area would be preferred

Experience:

Minimum 1 year’ experience in central MKT or 2 years’ experience in local marketing, genecology/IVF/specific therapeutic would be preferred.

 

Specific position knowledge, skills, capabilities required:

1. Good learning, proactive and positive thinking

2. Logical and strategic thinking

3. Good insights finding and analysis capabilities

3. Good communication and teamwork/relationship building skills (Influence; Cross-functional teaming; )

4. Execution and basic project management Skills (Multi-tasking; Project implementation; Decision making)

5. Good computer skills in PPT, Excel, office software

6. Fluent spoken and written in English is also required.

7. Accept frequency travel
