During your internship you will be part of a lab team working on the development of cutting-edge solution-processable OLED materials. Together with the team, you will be responsible for the fabrication and characterization of OLED devices as well as for process optimization. You will moreover carry out specialized experiments on fundamental material characterization. One aspect of the internship includes the evaluation of alternative processing methods for multilayer device architectures. You will be analyzing the results of your experiments and communicating your findings to researchers in the department. The position will be based in Darmstadt, Germany.
Who you are:
•Graduate student (m/f) in Material Science, Physics, Chemistry or related fields
•Experience in processing and characterization of organic semiconductor devices
•Experience in solution-processing preferred (ideally of OLED devices)
•Good organizational and communication skills, team player
•Very good level of spoken and written English, German skills preferred
