A very exciting new opportunity has arisen to join MilliporeSigma as Quality Expert to specialize in customer notifications and quality agreements (QAAs). In this role you will cover fundamental quality and regulatory terms between MilliporeSigma as supplier and our valued customers. The Quality Expert is a mandatory tool during the supplier qualification process and have become a prerequisite to do business across the pharma, process, food, and applied industries.
In This Role:
You will act as a quality liaison to our largest customers, actively supporting and driving negotiations of these contracts, and aligning external requirements across internal stakeholders and departments (commercial, marketing operations, site quality). You will also ensure proper communication on any obligations covered by our commitments.
By leading and supporting global harmonization and optimization projects in relation to QAAs, you will act as a subject matter expert both to internal teams across all of Life Science as well as towards our customers. You will be part of a global and highly engaged team, using your quality and regulatory expertise to benefit our focus customers and support our growing business.
Who you are:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or engineering discipline;
• 4+ years of experience in a Quality role, preferably global scope;
• Profound life science and pharma industry knowledge, including regulatory background knowledge;
• Excellent communication and writing skills with business-fluent English;
• Negotiation skills and preferably experience in dealing with complex and challenging negotiations;
• Strong customer-focused mindset;
