Your role:

You have a strategic leadership responsibility for programs/projects associated with EU based plants. You represent BioProcessing for major raw material changes, provide customer insight to implementation and roll-out strategies, execute customer notifications and focus on large/complex projects that cross multiple franchises as well as drive Plant Lead Concept. You partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Product Management and Commercial teams to address the customer need for communication and awareness of our business continuity/risk management/supply transparency/change notification. You consult with Supply Chain and draft/review content with Supply, Ops, Quality & Product Management. You participate in industry consortiums and working groups related to topics such as Change Control, Business Continuity, Risk Management & Supply Chain Mapping and contribute to specific portfolio product support projects aligned with the BioProcessing business strategy and franchise marketing initiatives. Furthermore, you develop and implement internal communication strategy to make all impacted stakeholders aware of Marketing Operations activities and help further develop KPI's to define Marketing Operations' success.


Who you are:

  • Degree in chemical engineering, biotechnology or related
  • 5+ years relevant working experience
  • Sales/technical support experience ideally in the bioprocessing market
  • Knowledge in improving processes and developing marketing tools
  • Expertise in Business Continuity Planning, Risk Management, Supply Mapping, Change Control
  • Proven experience in global matrix organizations, developing relationships and leading/executing complex projects
  • Excellent English skills, German and French beneficial
