Your Role: The function of the Field Engineer is to perform the service activity strategy, acting as the mobile Field Service Engineer on an assigned geographical Service area, Perform assignments as directed by Inhouse Service Center or senior technical staff, Repair (incl. warranty)/installation/validation/contract activities on customer site, Be proactive to promote Service activities, products and solutions, lead generation, and Communicates with customers and other Merck-Millipore personnel to support business development.
Who you are:
- You have a Technical degree
- You have at least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- You are fluent in English and Spanish
- You are familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
