SEE Commercial Excellence Manager

In this role you:

  • Lead the Com.Ex. initiatives for SEE (Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia & Croatia) as agreed with SEE leadership
  • Coordinate local ComEx teams to streamline/contribute to SEE-ComEX objectives
  • Analyze SEE quantitative and qualitative parameters and KPIs linked to ComEx objectives to provide a consolidated overview of ComEx activities
  • Act as regional champion for selected initiatives (e.g., CRM, customer segmentation and targeting, performance tracking, forecasting etc.)
  • Pilot new initiatives and share best examples with local teams (e.g., standardization of local SIPs, monthly sales performance dialogues) and support during roll-out (training/sparring) until line management is up to speed
  • Support local teams in implementation, track progress of agreed ComEx actions and communicate to EMEA/global Commercial Excellence team.
  • Identify performance gaps, create, initiate and roll-out improvement projects
  • Work together with Sales/Business Franchises on common targets to ensure the implementation of the defined plans
  • Report to Head of SEE

Who you are: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business/economics, Health, HeCon; Post-graduate degrees in relevant field preferred
  • Sound knowledge and experience of min. 3-5 years in same/relevant function, ideally within same industry and certainly with market and sales experience, preferrably within SEE.
  • Strong analytical mindset and demonstrated market/business understanding
  • Ability to influence beyond functional authority
  • Proven change agent
  • Fluent spoken and written English (SEE language an asset), excellent command of e-worksheets and presentations skills.
