Your Role: As part of our global strategic Product Management team for Mobile and Analytical Workflows, you will define and manage the product life cycles of our global Sample Preparation portfolio.
You will translate your profound knowledge and experience in analytical chemistry, market & customer insights into a portfolio strategy that results in successful execution of the annual marketing plan, drive strategic Pricing and conduct sales support activities for commercial teams and customers.
As our business counterpart to R&D, you will actively drive our innovation strategy as Marketing Project Lead, bringing new products & technologies into the market.
Your strong communication skills will be an asset in our global projects, liaisons with internal and external collaborators and Key Opinion Leaders and our team in the German headquarter.
Who You Are:
- BS Degree with 8+ years of experience, MS degree with 3+ years’ experience, or PhD
- Higher degree in Science (e.g. Chem/Bio/Biotech/Pharma) strongly preferred
- Experience in Product Management or Marketing strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and project management skills, contribute ideas and market insights
- Highly self-organized, enjoy working independently and cross-functional in global teams and projects
- Willingness to travel (10%) or relocate globally
