As part of the Commercial Process Excellence team, you will be working and supporting the Global Key Users for the Next Project and will as well be handling your own portfolio of process improvement projects within the Lead to Invoice arena. Your networking skills will enable you to develop cooperative relationship and trustful working environment with your internal customers and the team.
Your main tasks will be :
Driving your own projects according to project management methodology
Supporting the lead to order and order to cash process improvements.
Coordinating the training development for the different CRM / ERP projects.
Who you are :
- Bachelor degree with an experience of 1-2 years minimum in a similar position or in a Customer Service environment. Experience in working in multi-cultural environment.
- Good communication skills – verbal and written
- Networking, build relationships with relevant business partners
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications: ERP, CRM
- Fluent in English
