Within End-to-End Processing Solutions team, the Single Use / Multi Use Sales Development team drive worldwide adoption and implementation of products, systems and services from our Single Use and Hardware systems portfolio. Highly-motivated and talented, you will deliver this promise by focusing on projects involving connected automated systems, within EMEA region. To ensure wins of small and large Investment Projects, you will work on understanding the automation needs of your customers to enable the development of sales strategies as part of our local and global sales development teams. You will interact with the customer and in conjunction with Sales and key stakeholder partners. You will create the tools, materials and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Your technical background will allow you to translate customer integration requirements (e.g. User Management, data integration, network integration, anti-virus management and remote support access) into viable Merck solutions.

  • You develop the sales tools to enable the commercial organization to correctly position our automation features to end-users and to systems infrastructure managers.
  • You act as a process and project consultant at customer in automation. You are a key player in the pre-sales activities, in close collaboration with the Sales development leader.
  • You participate to the establishment and presentation of commercial and technical quotations to customers, at all decision layers.
  • You will drive feature development for new products by bringing market automation trends to our R&D and marketing organization.
  • You are a Solution enabler, overpassing your strict portfolio and responsibilities and broadening Merck offering to wider expectations from our customers. You are definitely result/sales oriented.
