Position：Business excellence specialist
You will drive continuous system upgrade and optimization, Call center system and SAP;
You will analyze and escalate call center system issues, follow up to ensure resolution;
You will lead and support projects from initiate to implementation, work on project design, scheduling and ensure project milestones are met;
You will take a lead for process improvement covering Call center and OTC process;
You will be responsible for the overall reporting and dashboard setting;
Other assignments based on business requirements.
Who you are:
A bachelor’s degree or above in related field is required;
Minimum of 5 years experienced in call center or customer service experience;
Working knowledge and experience in Call center system/SAP upgrade/Order-to-Cash process, etc.
Good internal and external communication skill and presentation skill;
Logical thinking, good multi-tasking and problem-solving skills;
Ability to work under pressure and be proactive;
Language skills in both Mandarin and English;
Sufficient knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
