Your role:

As a PMO assistant you will coordinate some project activities, support PMO team with necessary analytics and documentation (slide decks, summary reviews, etc.) You will perform or support responsibilities assigned or delegated by PMO Head regarding communications management, project board meetings administration, advise on the preparation of plans, assimilate data and generate project reports, collect actual data and forecasts, collect progress information, compile, copy, and distribute project management products as necessary or requested, create and maintain the Contact List, support managers in project administration, update plans with actual results, verify that communication between the organization and projects are timely, effective, and appropriate, collect feedback concerning who should receive Executive Summary Performance Reports and what information these reports should contain, collect information from individual team members (such as weekly or biweekly team meetings or individual meetings) on their progress, issues, and forecasts, prepare a list of project information to be archived, gather project information to be archived, archive project information to specified media/shared resource, prepare Executive Summary Performance Report. Specific task responsibilities should be defined for each project.

Who you are:

  • Good command of English
  • Excellent skills in analytical tools (Excel, reporting systems of SAP, Oracle)
  • Excellent skills in reporting visualization tools (mainly Power Point)
  • Proven background in project management support or other similar experience
  • Time management skills – ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Self-organized, self-motivated personality
