Your role:

As a member of the Global Technical Support (GTS) team, you will be responsible for technical leadership, project management and people development focused in the areas of microbiology and aseptic processing based on applicable regulatory guidelines, industry standards and best practices. As the microbiology and aseptic processing subject matter expert, you shall participate in advocacy and thought leadership activities internally and externally - including customer visits as needed - as well as authoring and maintaining globally harmonized policies, procedures and related training content for the world-wide consistency or WWC initiative. You will be involved in the improvement and/or development of our current and future services. It is expected that as a global leader in and ISO 9001 quality management system, you shall operate with operational excellence, continuous process improvement principles embedded in everything you do.

Who you are:

  • > 5 years experience in a Lab
  • Advanced understanding of Filter and SU Validation & Qualification - microbial & physical test methods
  • Knowledge of pharma/biotech industry, regulations and a good understanding of customer needs and requirements
  • Global business & Service business acumen
  • Experience working in a global multi-cultural matrix environment
  • Knowledge of Process Solutions technologies and products preferred
  • Experience developing and delivering technical services preferred
