Your role: Join our dynamic Medical Affairs team in Sweden and experience the joy of working within a Science & Technology company. In alignment with the Medical Director, you have the medical responsibility of the Neurology & Immunology therapeutic area in Sweden. In this role you provide medical expertise to ensure the proper development of new products and the optimal positioning and promotion of existing products. You drive and support the global therapeutic area strategy. Establish medical as co-leader of the Business Unit strategy by supporting brand teams organization. Establish and maintain the scientific image and reputation of the company, be a key binding function between science and business in the local market, focus on implementation of medical strategies, i.e. realization of the value-creating contribution of medical affairs supporting the profiling and positioning of our products in the local market. You communicate trends and innovations identified in the market, e.g. in your interactions with Key Thought Leaders, to Medical Affairs and Commercial colleagues. Build key thought leader relationships: serve as scientific information source, train external speakers, organize scientific events including advisory boards, facilitate continuous medical education, involve KTLs in Phase IV clinical trials and collaborate with them on Investigator Sponsored trials. Ensure appropriate patient support services are established. Manage the medical budget. Establish and develop contacts within the company' Local, Regional and Global lead team counterparts as well as within Local Medical Team (MD and peers).
Who you are
- Medical /scientific Background
- 3+ years’ experience in Medical Affairs, with preference for Neurology or Immunology TA
- Flexible to travel and be in the field on average 2 days per week
- Fluent in English & Swedish
- Excellent communication skills
