Your Role: As a Validation Engineer in the Integrated Supply Chain Operations organization, you are responsible managing raw material and equipment validation projects. You interact daily and develop strong relationships with Operations, Quality, Process Engineering, Planning, QC Laboratories, and other key internal/external stakeholders. In collaboration with stakeholders, you develop validation strategies, protocols, and reports in alignment with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and cGMP guidelines. You manage project schedules observing critical milestones to ensure quality and security of supply to MilliporeSigma customers, and provide clear, frequent and effective communication to team members and key stakeholders in a matrix environment.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science.
- 5 years of validation experience in regulated manufacturing industry.
- Experience managing of technical projects and delivering them to a successful conclusion.
- Demonstrated ability to manage several concurrent projects with dynamic priorities.
- Self-motivated. Able to proactively identify opportunities and solutions with minimal oversight.
