Your role

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Managing objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Encourage and involve team members in successful designing, testing and implementation of all sales process improvement and marketing initiatives in the region
  • Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate with the management of all other accounts through the team
  • Ensure providing the right platform and visibility to the team at a country as well as global level for the good work, thereby putting a practice of recognition and reward in the team.
  • Disseminate winning practices across sales teams
  • Manages a regular cadence of internal meetings and processes to ensure effective and open communication with in the team, driving execution of growth strategy
  • Captures VOC, insights from business development team and identifies local market trends and communicates internally
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results
  • Develop and manage sales budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets
  • Ensuring and encouraging regular visits and training by product managers for the sales team in region
  • Participate in the development of new project proposals
  • Oversee the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs
  • Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors
  • Plan and coordinate public affairs, and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach

Who you are:

  • At least 8 years of experiences in Sales and/or Marketing function
  • Degree in Natural Sciences and/or related field
  • Has people management experience
  • Strong business sense and life science industry expertise
  • Successful previous experience in sales or marketing function
  • Up-to-date with the latest digital trends in online sales and marketing
