Inside Sales account manager ( Spain & Portugal )

Your Role: The IS account manager will focus on a specific accounts portfolio(set by volume, geography, customer type.) This position is open for Spain &Portugal customers, the Spanish language is mandatory (Portuguese would be an additional asset )The purpose is to meet or exceed set sales targets, through growing existing accounts and creating additional business. The IS manager is utilizing call planning, pipeline management, lead identification and qualification, proactive sales calling and performance monitoring to drive the sales and achieve the set sales targets. It’s required to work closely with team and colleagues from other business units (Customer Service,Marketing,Sales Support ,Specialists) to understand the customer’s business, needs ,to identify potential new business,to develop customer relationship, mainly by phone but could also involve face to face visits,to manage/report a pipeline of activity/sales opportunities for the area of responsibility.

Who You are : 

. Education:Scientific degree and/or sales experience. English language(Portuguese would be an additional asset)

. Customers and sales oriented, ability to negotiate.

.Excellent communication skills, strong ability to listen, understand, analyze, adapt.Positive/constructive behavior

. Self motivated, able to prioritize, strong organization/ time management.Autonomous, able to take decision /responsibilities, no stress sensitive,collaborative
