Your role:

Main contact of the Business for supply topics on a dedicated product range, you are responsible for ensuring the Finished Goods are available in quantity and in time to meet customers’ expectations and local service levels agreements. You handle the replenishment planning for the main distribution centers (i.e. Network Planning).

You are accountable for backorders management, inventory optimization and service level KPIs.

You manage the “Expediting Requests” issued by the Customer Service team and proactively communicate on product availability to minimize any potential backorders, worldwide.

You identify possible material shortages against inventory plans and develops action items. If needed, you conduct analysis for inventory allocation where worldwide service is maximized and ensure information flow on products availability to our main partners (Customer Service, Sales, Marketing Operations)

You closely collaborate with cross functional partners (such as Production Planning, Marketing Operations or Logistics teams) to ensure inventory is managed according to constraints and targets that are aligned with the business strategy. You actively interact with demand management, manufacturing, quality, warehousing & transportation to solve finished goods issues & consumption patterns.

You are also accountable for maintaining the Network Planning parameters of your portfolio/area (safety stocks, lead times, lot sizes, transportation lane…) in different ERPs (Oracle/SAP/APO SNP) in accordance with service level agreements, inventory levels targets and transportation savings plan (sea freight vs. air freight).

Who you are:

  • Mininum of 4 years experience in supply chain or planning
  • Knowledge of ERP, ideally Oracle and/or SAP and Advanced excel skills, Access a plus
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification, a plus
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • English and french spoken required
