Your role

 

Based in Guyancourt (France), you will be joining the Marketing Operations team for the Lab Water (Milli-Q) business Unit as Global Service Support Expert. You will be supporting remotely the Field Service Engineers by responding to advanced technical questions using dedicated dashboards in ServiceMax. You will be responsible to analyze, consolidate and escalated feedbacks to the product management and quality teams to further support the Product improvement cycle and maximize customer satisfaction. You will be an active part of New Products Hypercare Programs to ensure customer satisfaction, and you will be contributing in the new Product Development Process. You will proactively lead the communication to the Field Service engineers by writing and communicating service notes, technical presentation and you will be organizing, maintaining and develop the Global Field Service Support Database. You will develop and deliver service training modules to worldwide internal and external field service team for the integrity of the Milli-Q Portfolio using digital tools (Augmented Reality/Videos/Remote Training).

This position will request international trips (up to 15%).

 

Who you are:

 

  • High Degree in Sciences or technical Engineering, with at least 3-year exp. as Field Service or Technical Service or relevant position.
  • Perfectly fluent in English verbal and written (French and/or other languages would be an asset).
  • Knowledge on CRMs, especially SFDC.com and Service Max
  • Strong communication and very good team spirit
  • Ability to multitask, effectively balances short term and long-term priorities. Technical expertise and problem-solving oriented, organized and creative, interested in innovative solutions as digitalization.
