The Office 365 SharePoint administrator is responsible for positioning, demand management, and administration of SharePoint Online enabled components in Office 365. They act as a primary contact for service escalations and provide third level support to our operations teams. Work in close collaboration with site owners and other stakeholders to life-cycle manage in compliance with polices governing sharing and best practices to ensure safe and secure business operations.
Who you are:
- SharePoint online administration, including workflow creation, metadata tagging, out of box SharePoint site creation, administration, and design using the Office 365 Administration Portal, SharePoint Designer, PowerShell and third-party tools
- Management of Office 365 Groups, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and other services that are enabled on the Office 365 SharePoint Online Platform
- Provides level 3 support on operational issues and helps to educate other team members with development of quality documentation, SOP’s, and knowledge transfer
- Interaction with business stakeholders and programs with positioning and onboarding of SharePoint sites and applications into operations with appropriate controls and code review
