In this position you will be leading and managing Communication for our Healthcare business in LatAm. You are a member of the Regional Business Team and the Global Healthcare Communications community, reporting to the Head of Global Commercial Communications. You support the regional President on internal and external communications as you guide and coordinate country communicators and Business Partners on global and regional communications activities. You efficiently translate global brand communications to the region and you coach country communicators in crisis communications and PR protecting our reputation. Having worked in the healthcare industry and in country organizations, you are well aware of both business and culture specifics across the region. If you are a team player with a strong drive to succeed and a problem-solving mentality you will fit perfectly to our engaged team
Who you are:
• Degree in communications, journalism, marketing or equivalent education
• 10+ years communications experience in corporate/agency environment
• Substantial experience in communications, product PR, internal & external communications, traditional and digital channel management. Experience in the Healthcare industry preferred.
• Proven intercultural experience; global experience preferred
• Able to manage and lead with indirect authority
• Demonstrated ability to interact with, counsel and influence senior executives
• Strong written and verbal English & Spanish skills
• 40% travel required
