Role Description:
In close collaboration with our Asian manufacturing sites of the technology cluster PM Integrated Supply Chain Display and derived from the business sectors strategy you will develop the site perspective plans as part of our Master Plan for our network and will be responsible for the maintenance and review process. You are developing future options for the individual sites in collaboration with the relevant interface partners and supporting the preparing applications for decision on manufacturing relevant topics for higher management level and committees; e.g. initiation and guiding of investment projects. In addition, you are coordinating and/or supporting strategic initiatives and projects within the technology cluster; e.g. business continuity.
Requirements/Prerequisites:
Education as chemical process engineer or chemist
Several years experiences in manufacturing or engineering
Experience in management of technical/investment projects
Ability in strategic thinking
Ability in collaboration with senior management and in project teams
Willingness to work in international teams
Fluent English (verbal and writing)
Capability to move for a up to six month training to Darmstadt Head-Quarters (short-term assignment).
