- You will drive continuous business system upgrade and optimization, eg. Avaya call system, SAP HANA S4, Salesforce.com, etc.
- You will lead call center daily operations and troubleshooting, follow up to ensure quality daily operations
- You will take lead for process improvement covering hotline and end-to-end order to cash flow
- Other assignments based on business requirements.
Who you are:
- A bachelor’s degree or above in related field is required, IT, Supply Chain and Call center related as preferred
- Minimum of 8 years experienced in call center or customer service experience;
- Working knowledge and experience in Call center system/SAP deployment/Order-to-Cash process, etc.
- Good internal and external communication skill and presentation skill;
- Logical thinking, good multi-tasking and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and proactive, self-driven;
- Language skills in both Mandarin and English;
