Your role: Reporting into the Head of eBusiness and Commercial Operations, you will hold a vital position supporting the overall ecommerce organization. You will be responsible for setting the leadership team agenda, defining content and managing critical meetings, enabling the collection and evaluation of external and internal information and preparing decks for management presentations. Additionally, driving effective project management of select business projects and change management initiatives, supporting the strategic goals, working with cross functional teams within and external to the eBusiness organization.

- BA/BS, required; Masters degree preferred, preferably with experience in the Life Science industry
- Previous experience in strategy development and global project management – ideally within the Life Science industry
- Superior analytical skills with previous experience in drafting board level analyses/presentations
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%
Ability to communicate and present effectively to a variety of audiences with impact.
- Previous experience in change management initiatives
- Ability to understand a P&L and sales reporting would be advantageous
- A knowledge of the Research & Applied business would also be advantageous
