Your role:

The objective of this role is to manage and control mobile expenses and mobile contracts. It will involve reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy. Performing regular optimization reviews and make changes/updates when necessary. Investigate, diagnose and resolve mobile level 3 incidents and problems using available tools and referring to external suppliers if required. Another objective of this role is to manage also landline expenses and landline contracts. Managing carrier relationships and provide reports when applicable.  You will be an essential part of our global mobile expense management team and work with international peers, e.g. responsible for telecom expense management tasks in other countries. This position offers the chance to work in a global environment and enjoy the atmosphere in an open minded international team.


Who you are: You have strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically. You have excellent organizational and time management skills as well as highly developed interpersonal and teamwork skills 


· Telecom Expense Analyst with 3+ years of experience in managing and optimizing mobile contracts mandatory

· Experience in managing landline contract is a plus

· 3+ years of experience in working with US Telecom carriers mandatory

· Experience in working the Life Science and pharmaceutical industry is a plus

· Proficient in MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is mandatory

· Experience in field of IT mandatory

· Knowledge of ITSM tools (i.e. ServiceNow, JIRA) is a plus
