As a member of the Business Excellence team within EMD Serono the Manager, Oncology Sales Analytics will serve as the primary analytical contact for Oncology Sales leadership and associated field-based teams. In coordination with the Associate Director, Sales Analytics you will design and implement an analytical framework at national, area, territory and segmented levels for recent and future Oncology product launches. This framework is intended to continuously assess evolving market dynamics and to aid Sales & Marketing in capitalizing on opportunities, minimizing risks and ultimately exceeding our targets. You will also collaborate extensively with your Business Excellence counterparts and Business Technologies to drive broad adoption of novel technologies that augment our analytics and empower our stakeholders to make timely, data-driven decisions.
Who you are:
•BS/BA required, MBA-preferred (or equivalent)
•3-5 years of Oncology analytics experience
•Ability to interact with senior management in matrix organization
•Experience in Tableau development and/or other data visualization tools
•Business-fluent English skills
