Your role: The Chief Digital Organization has been driving our digital transformation largely through using data to enhance our business and enhance our customer relations. As Digital Transformation Manager, you will be taking the role as a product owner to enable the business to use data analytics. You will be responsible for prioritizing work, clarifying requirements with business owners and building relationships. The role will be an interface between developers and the leadership team and will work closely with our Life Science and Healthcare sectors. With this you will have significant strategic impact by executing our Analytics strategiesk. You are able to separate digital opportunities from buzzwords and orchestrate digital projects, which translate into business results. You will be based in the Frankfurt area to work in close collaboration with the CDO team with various backgrounds from start-ups, consulting and different industries. Further, you will support the CDO in the preparation and execution of executive management meetings with exposure to the executive management.
  

Who you are:

  • University master’s degree in business (e.g consulting or finance) or IT related fields
  • 5-7 years professional experience in a related field
  • Knowledge and experience in Agile methodology is a strong plus (as Product Owner in particular), with ability to work in virtual environments and complex settings
  • Professional experience in a matrix organization with proven track record in defining and implementing digital strategies
  • Outstanding communication and collaborative skills, fluency in English
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to engage with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent understanding of digital and the use of data
