Purpose of the Role:
The Group Head Supply Network Operations Japan (Group Head SNO) is in charge to assure a > 99.5% Customer Service Level at country level at appropriate costs. This end to end responsibility for product supply encompasses Atsugi operations, demand and supply planning via S&OP and IBP, change control and supplier management, local warehouse (own and 3rd party) and domestic distribution management.
The Group Head SNO is part of the local commercial leadership team and assures flawless alignment between the two SNO locations in Atsugi and Meguro (Tokyo) by owning GMP / GDP related responsibility for entire operations.
Strategy definition and execution (people and business) following internal and external stake holder management based on company principles (Compliance and Quality) is key, as well team work approach with a collaborative continuous improvement mind set to support commercial growth in Japan.
Management of SNO Department
The Head SNO assures that company global, global GXP and local policies and regulatory requirements are followed to assure compliance, cost control and high quality in providing our medicines / devices to our patients and customers.
