Your role:

  • Act as 2nd and 3rd level onsite support for incident management.
  • Work as part of the local IT team supporting all onboarding and transfer requests.
  • Provide support for any integration (M&A) activities.
  • Work with Global teams to resolve complicated and advanced IT related issues.
  • Support all services relating to Lifecycle management, Asset Management, License Management and User Access management for end users software and hardware.
  • Provide a positive and supportive experience for the customer at all times. Seek support from colleagues in difficult situations.
  • Maintain aa core level of knowledge regarding service offerings for all IS units (including training offerings and resources when available).


Who you are:

  • Engage in Innovation activities such as process improvements, pilots, PoCs, etc.
  • Coordinate uninterrupted IT support and communicate ongoing strategy and execution with executives.
  • Handle needed inquiries, escalations and establish partnerships with key customers for issues relating to Infrastructure and EUS.
  • 5+ years experience supporting laptops, desktops, Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Lync, Skype for Business, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience supporting mobile devices (iPhones, iPads), including working with MDM solutions such as Airwatch, Intune, Mobile Iron, etc.
  • Microsoft Certifications (MCP, MCSE, MCSA) and experience with Microsoft SCCM a plus.
  • Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs and be able to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Bachelor’s degree (4 year college degree) preferred.
  • ITIL Certification a plus.
  • 5+ years IT experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in Life Sciences/Healthcare industry preferred.

 

Qué haces:

  • Actuar como 2do y 3er nivel de Soporte en Sitio para gestión de incidentes
  • Trabajar como parte del equipo de soporte de IT para todas las solicitudes los nuevos ingresos y transferencias de empleados.
  • Suministrar Soporte para cualquier actividad integración de Tecnologia.
  • Apoyar al equipo global para resolver incidentes relacionados con los temas de la tecnología de la información.
  • Soportar todos los servicios relacionados con la gestión del ciclo de vida de los activos IT, gestión de licencias de Software y gestión de acceso de usuarios.
  • Brindar una experiencia positiva a todos los usuarios en cada contacto. Buscar la ayuda del equipo de IT en situaciones difíciles.
  • Participar activamente en la apropiación del conocimiento con relación a los servicios de IT a través de los cursos de entrenamiento disponibles. Completar los cursos de acuerdo con los cronogramas y fechas planeadas.

Quién eres:

 

  • Involucrado en actividades de Innovación, procesos de mejoramiento, pilotos, pruebas de concepto, etc.
  • Coordinando el soporte ininterrumpido de IT y comunicar la estrategia y ejecución de proyectos con los directores.
  • Manejo de necesidades, consultas, escalamientos y establecer relaciones con los usuarios clave, relacionadas con infraestructura IT y servicios de usuario final.
  • 5 años de experiencia en Soporte a portátiles, computadoras de escritorio, aplicaciones Microsoft Office (Outlook, Skype, Word, Power Point, Excel)
  • Experiencia soportando equipos móviles (iPhones, iPads) incluida experiencia con herramientas MDM como Airwatch, Intune, Mobile Iron, etc.
  • Certificado (MCP, MCSE, MCSA) y experiencia con Microsoft SCCM sería una ventaja.
  • Viajes (por encima del 10%) – principalmente dentro del país.
  • Capaz de levantar al menos 25 lbs y estar de pie por periodos largos de tiempo.
  • Haber terminado estudios técnicos o universitarios relacionados con ingeniería de sistemas o áreas afines.
  • Certificación ITIL como un plus.
  • 5 años de experiencia actuando como facilitador de tecnología con contacto directo de usuarios
  • Experiencia en el sector farmacéutico.
  • Nivel de inglés B2 (intermedio alto)
