Position Title: Sales Manager - F&B, BioMonitoring China
Reports to: Head of BioMonitoring China
To lead, manage and motivate the Biomonitoring F&B sales team to achieve business goals and drive Merck to be one of the market leaders in China.
Core deliverables of this position includes but not limited to
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and product sales mix for food and beverage industry
- Define and implement the sales strategy including the sales team and channel to drive business growth in F&B industry
- Travels throughout to present to and/or coordinate with Strategic Account contacts regarding product evaluations and sales activities - executing the Strategic Account Plan - to drive product adoption and grow revenues.
- Identifies the potential revenue growth opportunities & details plans, by product, by account, which will allow for successful obtainment of assigned budget.
- Develops and maintains relationships with key influencers on business in assigned market segment
Who you are
- Bachelor degree or above in Microbiology, Food Science or similar discipline,
- At least 10 years’ experience in a similar position;
- Solid sales management experience;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- High confidence level, outgoing personality, highest level of integrity;
- Experience within food safety industry /beverage industry desirable;
- Well organized and utmost customer service attitude.
