An exiting new opportunity has arisen to join our team as Engineer Packaging Reliability / Track & Trace. As part of the Global Engineering & Technology Team in the Biopharma sector, you ensure that all the Track & Trace systems we have installed in our packaging sites around the globe are working smoothly. For that, you collaborate closely with the sites, internal interfaces as Procurement and Information Technology and with our external suppliers of the system. You ensure that the technology is working but you are also responsible for developing the right capabilities of the users of the systems. On top, you will identify further business opportunities to use the systems beyond their basic compliance function. Furthermore you will become part of our Global Packaging Reliability Team which helps the sites to improve their productivity by optimizing packaging lines in general.
Who you are:
- Graduate degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or equivalent)
- Several years of experience with Track & Trace systems (pharma experience preferred)
- Good root cause analysis / capability building skills
- Ability to interact with external suppliers
- Strong intercultural competence
- Business-fluent English skills, German skills preferred
- Ability to travel globally (25 - 30%)
