Your Role: As the Manager, Medical Learning you will generate an integrated Medical learning strategic plan aligned to Medical learning unmet needs and business requirements outlined in the context of multiple Brand teams. You have a capacity to prioritize, innovate and modulate according to available resources. You will be responsible for the overall development and execution of high quality EMD sponsored medical/scientific learning programs and support of the independent medical education activities for HCPs and patients. These activities must comply with the EMD Serono Pharma Code and IMC Code of Ethical Practices. You will also act as a principal resource and liaison with Global EMD Serono External Scientific Affairs Medical Education group and manage the Medical Learning team members in Canada.
Who You Are: You have a Bachelors in Science, Business Administration or a related field of study. Being bilingual (English and French) is an asset. You have a minimum of 3 years of experience with medical learning program development and people management experience. You have Strong communication skills (oral and written), French and English optimally and strong interpersonal skills. You are highly organized, have an attention to detail, are pro-active and able to take on additional responsibilities on short notice. you are energetic, with an ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. You have a strong ability to work alone and in a team environment and are available to travel up to 30% of the time (domestic and/or international), often over weekends.
