Your role:

- Head of Customer Application Service China works team management and application service to customers in China. Lead and direct the CAS China team with strong leadership . Define and lead to execution CAS China priorities delivering best services and application support to the China customers. It is also necessary well communication to Asian / MDA colleagues and internal in MDM. Continuously work and partner with DS LT in China to assure priorities alignement.

1) Team mamagement:
-  To provide good environment all member smoothly work in their tasks. Support and develop the CAS team to excel in their tasks responsibilities always keeping in mind the customers satisfaction.
-  To show clear team objectives and toward same direction in the all team member with good motivation.
-  Effective report in Our Company for actual situation of the contribution and the issues.
-  To manage customer requests with well communication with KA, PD and team member.
-  To support FFS team especially meeting with customers, facing customers responsibilities with agility and ability to understand customers challenges and to convert them into solutions.
2) Coaching:
-  To coach reliability topics and solution of panel defect in internal
-  To explain and persuade reliability topics and solution of panel defects to customers.
-  To remove any confliction in internal / external.
3) Customer orientation:
-  Eabling the communication and relationship with customers, especially the production related teams.
-  Able to lead team to establish Filed Application function to support customers solve process issues


Who you are:

- Experience with strong leadership in techinical and customer facing teams
-Preferable sociality, Teamwork spirit, open-minded in giving and taking recommendations and solutions.
-Well communication with internal and external customers.
-Degree of bachelor or master in science, physical/chemical/optics/display related.
-Good presentation skill.
-Mandarin (mother tongue) and fluent English.
