Your role: In this role, you will collaborate with business partners, subject matter experts and other team members to define and document high-level business needs and detailed requirements. You will define and implement improvements to business processes and ad-hoc projects. Create and maintain business process flow, User requirements & Functional specifications to facilitate understanding of business needs and translate to Application Technology Teams. Define scope of projects/URS and timelines associated with the completion of initiatives. Develop and maintain relationships and communications with other team members and internal partners. Provide configuration expertise for validation and testing.
Who you are: You have a deep understanding of Salesforce.com: technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements and all related policies and procedures. You have excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills with the proven ability to communicate and influence effectively at various levels of the organization. Have proven leadership skills, the ability to lead others in defining requirements and identifying solutions with a sharp focus on achieving results. Ability to persist at completing tasks despite challenges; ability to achieve results and navigate through ambiguity and work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
· Minimum of Bachelor's degree
· 4+ years business analyst experience with utilizing program management methodology
· 4+ years’ experience working on Salesforce Platform
· 5+ Full cycle projects as a BA/Solution Architect for Salesforce Platform
· Previous involvement in the deployment of a Global Customer Relationship Management platform (Salesforce.com) required
· Knowledge of APEX and VisualForce development, database design and data migrations
· Well-organized; plans activities and consistently follows up
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
· Salesforce Certified Administrator, required; other Salesforce certifications preferred
· Up to 10% travel required
